Spike Models Are Mizuno Wave Spike 11 volleyball sneakers good?
is there a difference between these and the more expensive mizuno models?
where are some good stores/websites to buy them cheaply? (not ebay or craigslist please)
The Mizuno Wave Spike is a great shoe - truly. The number 11 is just the model/style number. I have the Wave spike 7, the wave spike 8, and the wave spike 9. the number goes up each year that they bring out the shoe and change the design a bit. The best Mizuno is the Tornado - it is the ultimate volleyball shoe and will save your feet. trust me it is worth it. Go to midwestvolleyball.com to get a good price
I'm not exactly sure which type/model/brand of spikes to buy. My events are high jump, triple jump, pole vault, and either the 110 or 300 hurdles. I really do not want to spend too much money on these shoes. preferably under 60 dollars. if anyone has any recommendations on any specific spikes or just types of spikes (ex: MD, S) , please post.
Just go to a running shoe store and tell them what events you do. They will tell you what shoes are right for you, and then you can pick. Usually price ranges are from $50 to $100 so you should be able to find a pair in your price range.
