Really great birthday prezzie for my mom? Ideas please

Hey there.
So my mom's birthday is soon and I would like to get her a really special present. I started a job (while studying) so I am earning a bit of money. It would be great if people would give me some ideas. She never really wants me to buy her stuff and usually when I do its a couple of small things like a mug with "best mom", candles, bath salts, books to read, small pieces of jewellery- like a silver bracelet or something. This time I want to get her something really nice, I'll get some small things on the side if i see them. Now lets not go over the top and say Lamborghini or a 20carat diamond haha I'm willing to spend more or less around $350/180euros/140pounds Thanks

what to get my mom for Christmas?
Can anyone share ideas on what I can get my mom for Christmas. My mom has pretty much everything so I was kind of leaning more towards personalized gifts. I already got her a personalized mug saying "Nana's lil angels" with all the Grand-kids cartoon pictures. She's not real old. early 50's. Any ideas would be so great!
