Factory Reconditioned Ryobi
i wanna buy some tools and it says factory reconditioned.. what does that mean? is it still worth buying?
its a Ryobi power tool set, power drill, recipocating saw, and a circular saw
Yes, reconditioned, or refurbished, tools are worth buying.
What they are is tools that have been returned to the manufacturer for whatever reason, and then the manufacturer has skilled technicians work on them and make them as good as new and then you can buy them at a deep discount.
Some folks, myself included, actually think that refurbished tools can be even better than new because a technician has gone over it and made it all 100% perfect, as opposed to a new one in the box that may have a flaw and need to be returned!
