Used Digital Red
can i use a component cable for a digital coxial?
I have some spare component cables but need a digital coaxial for the audio on my dvd player. Can i just use one of these cables as they look the same? Or should i buy a proper coaxial cable for the audio? (nb. i want 5.1 surround sound im not using the red/white ones).
It may not be the best match, but it will work.

Any recommendations for an easy to use, quality, digital photo album program?
My parents recently started taking an interest in digital photography and asked my recommendation for a photo album program with basic features: crop, re size, fix red-eye, etc. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements, and it may be just a little too much for them at this point. The program that came with their camera is terrible. What are your recommendations for a simple, but quality, program that my parents can use to effectively manage their photos?
Is Picasa web based? I need a stand alone software program as my parents don't use the internet at home.
